This activity is used to review a checklist connected to a control plan template, control plan manufacturing, control plan purchasing or control plan inventory.
Open the checklist for your control plan template or control plan by clicking Checklist. To approve all checklist questions, either enable Item Approved for each individual checklist question item, or click Approve All. Then click Save. Once all checklist questions are approved the checklist status for the control plan template or control plan will automatically update to Active. If only some questions have been checked, the status will be set to Partly Approved. If all questions are deleted from a checklist, the status will change to Not Exist.
This activity contains a security checkpoint which can be activated by an administrator. With an activated security checkpoint on a function you will have to authenticate yourself again in order to fulfill the function. Additionally, whenever a security checkpoint is successfully passed a security checkpoint log is written, creating an audit trail of what is done.
A control plan template or control plan must have be in status Created.
Once all checklist questions have been addressed, the Checklist Status field in the control plan template or control plan header receives the Approved status. The control plan template or control plan can then be changed to the Active status.
