Start Remote Assistance Call

Explanation

This activity is used to initiate a remote assistance video call with augmented reality feature when the supply chain user needs an assistance on product/raw material/packaging from a supplier or an in-house expert. It could also be initiated when the supply chain user needs to handle an inquiry related to product/raw material/packaging with customers.

Prerequisites

·       Remote Assistance Enterprise should be registered and configured in Solution Manager > Remote Assistance > Configuration and Enterprise Settings.

·       User should be configured as an Active Remote Assistance user in Solution Manager > Remote Assistance > Users.

System Effects

·       Remote Assistance feature is enabled for the logged-on user on the client (Aurena) with the option to make/receive Remote Assistance calls.

·       Call option is enabled from Menu bar in Aurena
