Configure CRM- and SRM-panel

Explanation

This activity is used to configure the pages and dialogs in the CRM-panel and SRM-panel. The panel layout can be changed using the IFS Cloud Web Page Designer and the Field Configuration page in IFS Cloud Web.

With the page designer you can decide how activities, mails and other records are shown in the details page for Lead/Account contacts and representatives in the CRM-Panel and for Supplier Contacts and representatives in the SRM-Panel. You can decide which fields and sections should be shown and in which order they should be displayed.

In the Field Configuration page in IFS Cloud Web, you can define how fields should be shown in the dialogs used in the CRM/SRM-panel. For the CRM-panel, the layout can be configured for dialogs used to create activities, opportunities, leads, accounts and contacts. In the SRM-panel you can configure the layout for the Create Activity dialog. You can decide whether a field should be visible and/or mandatory and in which order the fields should be displayed. You can also choose whether to place a field within the collapsible/expandable Show More section of the panel.
