Use this activity to register a business activity for a lead, account, supplier request or supplier. Business activities can be used to plan future events such as a visit, presentation or product demo but it can also be used to log completed actions like calls or emails.
The Connection Type defines if the activity is registered for a lead, account, supplier request or supplier. The Activity Type specifies if the activity is a meeting, task, call, chat or email. When you save the activity, an activity number is automatically defined. However, you can manually enter an activity number before saving.
Note: The layout of the business activity header depends on the connection type and activity type.
