Use this activity to enter details about items covered under this contract line. It is possible to specify Objects of type Equipment and/or Models that should be covered by the Contract Line.
For items with Connection Type Equipment, the Item list will be filtered based on the customer and the Party Type connection specified on the Service Object(s). Only Service Objects with Party Type Customer and a Party Identity matching the contract customer will be possible to select. Once a record has been saved, it is possible to decide if the object structure should be included in the coverage for the contract line, as well as if new objects added to the structure should be included automatically.
For items with Connection Type Model, the Item list will not be filtered.
A new Coverage Line will be added to the Contract Line.
