Use this activity to connect an SLA Template to a Contract Line. Any SLA template can be selected from the drop down in the SLA tab on the contract line. Once selected, all SLA template lines will be displayed. The associated SLA Template lines will automatically be added to Requests, Request Scopes and Work Tasks associated with the contract line.
