Add Certificates

Explanation

This activity is used to define certificates for resource lines of Demand Type Person in Standard Task.

Certificates are defined in HCM and can be linked to person resources. In a Service context, the certificates form part of the resource requirements used when finding suitable resources for a job, and act as a constraint.

Prerequisites

• A Standard Task with a Resource Demand of type Person must be defined.
• IFS HCM must have been installed and the certificates must have been defined.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, certificates will be connected to the selected person demand lines.
