Use this activity to add new Contacts to a Request.
You can add an existing Contact that has previously defined as a Customer Contact, you can add an existing Customer Communication Method or you can create aa new, request-specific contact.
When a new contact is created, basic communication details such a name, a phone number a mobile number and an email address can be defined.
Once contacts have been created, it is possible to specify one as the primary contact for the Request.
A new Contact will be added.
