This activity is used to define urgencies which are applicable to Requests, Request Scopes, Services, Request Contract lines etc.
When linked to an entity e.g. a Service, the urgency can be used to change the SLA and Price Rule. Let's assume a normal Request has a 48 hour SLA and a Normal price rule. By applying an urgency, these values can change e.g. urgency "HIGH" is added on a request and the SLA is automatically updated to be 12 hours and the price rule is updated to "Premium".
