Use this activity to create Work Stages. A Work Stage is used to indicate at what stage a specific service is in. Examples of Work Stages for a full scope of work, with three work tasks could be, Make Safe, Temporary Fix and Permanent Fix. It is possible to use the Work Stages in Standard Tasks, Work Tasks and on SLA Lines.
As a result of this activity, work stages will be created.
