This activity is used to define for which group of Objects, the Certificate is applicable when doing the Service, if the Certificate in resource(person) is not commonly applied on any equipment object. For assets defined as Equipment Objects available grouping criteria are Manufacturer, Object type and Category. You can define one grouping criteria or combination of two criteria as one set of applicability on Certificate in resource(person). You can select only existing criteria value from LOV.
As a result of this activity set of applicability will be defined on Certificate connected to the resource(person) in Standard Task and that will be only applicable for only selected Equipment Objects when automatically create work tasks in request initiation.
