This activity is used to define for which group of Objects, the Competency is applicable when doing the Service, if the Competency in resource is not commonly applied on any equipment object. For assets defined as Equipment Objects available grouping criteria are Manufacturer, Object type and Category. You can define one grouping criteria or combination of two criteria as one set of applicability on Competency in resource. You can select only existing criteria value from LOV.
As a result of this activity set of applicability will be defined on Competency connected to the resource in Standard Task and that will be only applicable for only selected Equipment Objects when automatically create work tasks in request initiation.
