This activity is used to define for which group of Objects, the Resource (Person, Tool/Equipment and Crew) is applicable when doing the Service, if the Resource is not commonly applied on any equipment object. For assets defined as Equipment Objects available grouping criteria are Manufacturer, Object type and Category. You can define one grouping criteria or combination of two criteria as one set of applicability on resource. You can select only existing criteria value from LOV.
As a result of this activity applicability will be defined on the resource connected to the Standard Task and that will only be applicable for selected Equipment Objects when automatically creating a task in request initiation.
