This activity is used to define for which group of Objects, the Service is applicable when doing the Service, if the Service is not commonly applied on any equipment object. For assets defined as Equipment Objects available grouping criteria are Manufacturer, Object type and Category. You can define one grouping criteria or combination of two criteria as one set of applicability on Service. You can select only existing criteria value from LOV.
As a result of this activity applicability will be defined on Service item and you can use that Service only for selected Assets types in the Request Initiation.
