This activity is used to define for which group of Objects, the work step is applicable when doing the Service, if the work step is not commonly applied on any equipment object. For assets defined as Equipment Objects available grouping criteria are Manufacturer, Object type and Category. You can define one grouping criteria or combination of two criteria as one set of applicability on Work Step. You can select only existing criteria value from LOV.
As a result of this activity applicability will be defined on the work step connected to the Standard Task that will be only applicable for selected Equipment Objects when automatically creating a task in request initiation.
