This activity is used to define a Default Service Delivery Unit for a Service Organization. The Default Service Delivery Unit will be set as the Maintenance Organization Site during the automatic creation of Work Tasks.
When you create a new Service Organization, the first Service Delivery Unit that you add will be set as the Default Service Delivery Unit.
It is possible to change the default, by selecting another Service Delivery Unit record, and clicking Set Default Service Delivery Unit.
As a result of this activity, the Default Service Delivery Unit will be defined for the Service Organization.
