Define Purchasing Pickup Defaults

Explanation

This activity is used to enter Purchasing Ship via, Purchasing Delivery Terms and Purchasing Delivery Terms Location in the Site/Maintenance page, in group Pickup Defaults. These values will be prioritized when fetching Ship Via and Delivery Terms in a Purchase Order line or a Request for Order Quotation which is created for a Work task Material line with Supply Code Purchase Order and Delivery Method Pick Up

Prerequisites

• Ship Via and Delivery Terms codes. For more visibility use specific codes, e.g. with a description that indicates the Purchase Order is expected to be picked up from the supplier.

System Effects

When a Work Task Material line with Supply Code Purchase Order and Delivery Method Pick Up is released and a Purchase Order line or a Request for Order Quotation is created, the values will be fetched and saved.
