Define Shipment Order Pickup defaults

Explanation

Shipment Type, Ship Via and Delivery Terms are fields that are mandatory in order to automatically generate a Shipment Order from a Work Task Material line with Supply Code Shipment Order and Delivery Method Pick Up. Enter the values in the Site/Maintenance page, in group Pickup Defaults.

Prerequisites

• Shipment Type configured for pickup, i.e. Automatic Receipt is enabled and Reference ID is used as Consolidation Parameter.
• Ship Via and Delivery Terms codes. For more visibility use specific codes, e.g. with a description that indicates that the Shipment Order is expected to be picked up.

System Effects

When a Work Task Material line with Supply Code Shipment Order and Delivery Method Pick Up is released, the default values will be fetched and saved to the created Shipment Order.
