Reopen Request Scope/s

Explanation

This activity is used to reopen one or multiple Request Scopes from status Closed to Completed. Request Scopes can be reopened from the Scope tab on the Request Details page and from the Request - Cost and Sales page using the Reopen action button. Multiple Request Scopes can be reopened at once by multi-selecting Request Scopes in the Scope tab on the Request Details page.

Prerequisites

• The Request Scope has to be in status Closed.
• The object connected to the Request Scope cannot have been moved to another site or parent object.

System Effects

• The Request Scope status will be changed to Completed.
• The Request status will be changed to Completed, if it is currently Closed.
