Reopen Request Work Task/s
Explanation
This activity is used to reopen one or multiple Request Work Tasks from status Finished to
Work Done. Request Tasks can be reopened from:
- The Tasks
tab on the Request Details page
- The Request Work Tasks Details page
- The Request Work Task - Scheduling and Allocation page
- The Request Work Task - Execution and Reporting page
Multiple Request Work Tasks can be reopened at once by multi-selecting Request Work Tasks from the Tasks
tab on the Request Details page
Prerequisites
- The Request Work Task has to be in status Finished.
- The object connected to the Request Work Task cannot have been moved to another site or parent object.
System Effects
- The Request Work Task status will be changed to Work Done.
- The Request Scope status will be changed to Completed, if it is currently Closed.
- The Request status will be changed to Completed, if it is currently Closed.
