Accept Request Quotation
Explanation
This activity is used to accept an entire request quotation. By accepting
the Request Quotation, the Customer grants permission to proceed
with the service
work related to the quotation.
Prerequisites
- The request quotation must be in the Sent for Approval
status.
System Effects
As a result of this activity:
- The Request Quotation is set to the Accepted status.
- Scopes in the Request Quotation are set to Accepted
status.
- Corresponding Scopes in the Request will be Released.
- Corresponding Request will be released if it is in status New.
