Cancel Request Quotation
Explanation
This activity is used to cancel the entire request quotation. When a
request quotation
is Cancelled, all related Request scopes will be Cancelled.
Prerequisites
- The Request Quotation must be in status New.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, the request quotation is set to
Cancelled.
- The Quotation and Request connection will be removed.
- The Quotation and Request Scope connection will be removed.
- The Request Scopes included in Quotation will be Cancelled.
- The Request will be Cancelled if scopes are Quotation connected.
