Reject Request Quotation
Explanation
This activity is used to reject an entire Request Quotation. By rejecting
the Request Quotation, the quotation process stops and a new quotation will
have to be raised if the customer still wants a quote for service work.
Prerequisites
- The Request Quotation must be in the status Sent for Approval.
System Effects
As a result of this activity,
- The request quotation is set to the Rejected status.
- Scopes in the request quotation is set to the Rejected
status.
- Corresponding Scopes in the Request will be Cancelled.
- Corresponding Request will be Cancelled if all scopes
are quotation connected.
