This activity is used to delete one or many SLA Template Lines. To delete an SLA Template Line, select the line and use the trash can icon. There are no restrictions when it comes to deleting a template line and as there is currently no revision handling on SLA Templates, the changes will take effect immediately i.e. the changes will apply the next time a record is created using the template. Deleting a template line will not affect already created records.
