This activity is used to edit an SLA Template Line. There are two ways to edit an SLA Template Line, either through selecting a line and using command Edit Line, which will open the Template Line in an assistant, where all values can be edited, or by using the pen icon, to edit all lines associated with a template. As there is currently no revision handling on SLA Templates, the changes will take effect immediately i.e. the changes will apply the next time a record is created using the template. Editing a template line will not affect already created records.
