Use this activity if you need to manage your favorite products. You can add and remove products from your favorite list. This activity is intended for a B2B user acting as a customer.
You can perform this activity from the lobby page Order Management
for Customers and lobby link: All Products and from lobby element:
Products.
Use the Add to Favorite command to add new favorites
and Remove from Favorite command to remove favorites.
Note: Please mind the conditions stated in the activity description of “View All Products” since it is a preceding activity to this one.
The action of adding a product to favorite-list is also available in Product Details page.
The action of removing a product from favorite-list is also available in Products page and in Product Details page. The product will then not be marked as a favorite product, indicated by removing the badge “Favorite” and/or by the unfilled “star-button”.
When using the Add to Favorite action the sales part will be defined
as a favorite product for the combination of user and customer.
When using
the Remove from Favorite action the sales part will be removed as a favorite
for the combination of user and customer.
