Receive E-Signed Document File

Explanation

This activity is used to receive an e-signed document file from the attachment panel.

Prerequisites

• You must have the e-sign permission set granted by a system administrator.
• You must be the Responsible Person of the selected document revision.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the original document file will be updated with a PDF copy of the document file with the relevant e-signatures in place.
