Sign Document File

Explanation

This activity is used for signing documents that were received by the recipient for e-sign. The recipient should review the document file and add their signatures in the relevant fields. This is a manual activity and is not done using a page in the application.

Prerequisites

To perform this activity, a document file must have been sent for e-sign. The document revision which contains the file will have the sign status Out For E-Sign.
