Use this activity to define conditions for vehicles. Vehicle conditions are used for historical and statistical purposes to monitor the amount of time that a vehicle has been in or out of operation. The vehicle condition is typically changed when a maintenance event has been finished. When you enter the possible vehicle condition codes, you link the conditions to an action for setting the vehicle condition automatically. The actions are connected to starting and finishing events. It is not allowed to block vehicle conditions that are to be set automatically at the start or finish of an event.

Note: In the Auto Setting field, Select a value for the action that will trigger the automatic setting of the condition of a vehicle. The valid actions are connected to starting and finishing maintenance events.
If you want the vehicle's condition code to be automatically updated when events are distributed and finished on a serial, you must specifically define this. For more information, refer to the activity Verify or Adjust Default Object Properties.
