Partially Accept Service Quotation

Explanation

This activity is used to accept parts of the scope quoted in a service quotation. The maintenance orders/events, work orders and service contract that should be rejected can be selected using this activity. If the customer category is Prospect and the quotation is to be accepted partially, the customer category has to be changed on the Customer from prior to accepting the quotation.

Prerequisites

• The service quotation must be in the Released status.
• The category of the customer on the quotation must be of type Customer.

System Effects

• The service quotation is set to the Accepted status.
• Maintenance events that are rejected will be canceled from the maintenance order.
• Rejected work orders/work tasks connected as a service will be disconnected from the service quotation.
• Rejected option is enabled for work orders/work tasks and service contract created on the service quotation if rejected.
• Rejected scope will be visible in the Service Quotation/Rejected Scope tab.
• Work Order Event Log page is updated.
