Reject Service Quotation

Explanation

This activity is used to reject an entire service quotation. If necessary, a rejection note can be entered while rejecting the quotation.

Prerequisites

To perform this activity, the quotation must be in the Released status.

System Effects

• The quotation is set to the Rejected status.
• The connection between the service quotation and its maintenance orders/events and work orders/work tasks is removed.
• The rejected scope is updated with the rejected maintenance orders, work orders and service contracts.
• Work Order Event Log page is updated.
