Cancel Incoming Receiving Advice
Explanation
Use this activity to cancel an entire incoming receiving advice message,
or to cancel incoming receiving advice lines.
Prerequisites
- To cancel the entire message, the Incoming Receiving Advice header should
be in status Received, Changed or Stopped. You cannot cancel a receiving
advice in status Matched, Partially matched or Qty Difference.
- To cancel message lines, the line should be in status Received, Changed,
Stopped or Qty Difference. You cannot cancel a line in status Matched.
System Effects
If you cancel the entire message, the header status is set to Cancelled.
If you cancel a line, only the line will be set to status Cancelled. But
if all other lines have also been cancelled, the header status is set to Cancelled.
If all other lines have been matched, the header status is set to Matched.
