This activity is used to enter the company prefix for the Serial Shipping Container Code (SSCC) and connect it to a company. It is also possible to enter the extension digits for a specific handling unit type. The SSCC for handling units is created in the Shipment Handling Unit Structure page.
A company must exist.
A new SSCC company prefix, assigned to the company, is created.
