Enter Document Text for Line

Explanation

Use the document text function to enter a text that will be printed on your document, for example the order confirmation. You can include general texts and standard phrases when entering a document text.

You can link a document text to each line separately. Text that is linked to a separate order line is printed beside the line in question. It is also possible to remove an entered document text.

Prerequisites

• The header and at least one line must have been entered and saved.
• The output type with attached documents must have been created in the Document Text Administration - Output Types page.
• If a standard phrase shall be added, the phrase must have been entered in the Document Text Administration - Phrases page.

System Effects

If a document text is entered on the line the field Document Text on the line shows Yes. The document text is then printed on the documents that you have specified for the output type. The document text is printed beside the line in question in the documents.
