Recalculate Attendance for Employee

Explanation

This activity is used to manually recalculate the attendance result based on the clocking intervals in Time Card page. This can be used if a deviation has been created to the employee's work time after time has already been reported for a day. When the day is recalculated, the results will be regenerated based on the new day type information valid for the day.

Note: Any attendance results entered manually in the Time Card - Results area will be overwritten as a result of recalculation unless row protection has been used for the attendance result.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, clocking intervals should already be entered in the Time Card - Intervals area.
