Perform this activity to check in tools and equipment to the tool crib.
If the tool tracking is enabled for a tool/equipment group used in maintenance, it is possible to track check out and check in of the tools and equipment belonging to that tool group. To check in an individual tool/equipment click the option Check In from the Tool/Equipment page and from the check in dialog, select the person ID of the person (i.e., technician) who is checking in the tool/equipment to the tool crib. It is also possible to check in multiple tools and equipment from the Tools and Equipment page or from the Checked Out Tools and Equipment page.
Note: If security checkpoint is enabled, sign off is required when checking in tools and equipment.
