Select Equipment from Map

Explanation

This activity is used to select an equipment object from a map in B2B > Service Center or My Service Center lobby > View Equipment on Map link in the Equipment group.. When ordering a service for that equipment, the equipment values will be filled in from start.

Prerequisites

• Logged in user should be configured as a B2B User - Customer.
• There must be equipment objects with the customer set as party type.
• For use from the My Service Center lobby, the equipment must be connected to a location and have a valid service contract.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, an equipment object will be preselected when the Service Order assistant is opened.
