Define Limit Usage Reduction

Explanation

This activity is used to define day types which will not consume absence limits defined for an absence group.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity:

• Employees have to work according to a day type dependent schedule,
• An absence group has to be registered,
• The Show Limits option has to be selected,
• Wage classes have to be registered in the system.
• Day types have to be registered in the system.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, when an employee registers an absence, any day types configured as limit usage reducing will not consume employee's absence limit.
