Calculate Cost for Disassembly Components
Explanation
This activity can be used to calculate costs for components in a
disassembly structure.
Note: You cannot perform a cost calculation for cost
set 1.This optional task is to be performed by a system administrator or equivalent
person.
Prerequisites
This activity has the following prerequisites:
- Cost sets for disassembly components must have been defined.
- Part cost calculation need to be executed before calculating cost
for disassembly components.
- The core part for which you are performing the calculation must have
cost defined.
- Disassembly inventory parts must have been created.
- Disassembly part structure have to be created.
- Cost distribution need to be assigned for the component parts.
- Operation cost distribution need to be assigned for the component
parts.
- Product structure alternate part for cost distribution need to have
Use Cost Distribution enabled.
System Effects
As a result of this activity:
- Costs will be calculated for the disassembly structure and the
result will be saved in the selected cost set.
