Define Maintenance Teams
Explanation
This activity is used to define maintenance teams. Maintenance teams can be used
to group resources based on, for example, their competence,
geographical location, etc.
Prerequisites
- Sites must have been defined in the
Site page.
- Maintenance organizations must have been defined
on the Organization Basic Data/Maintenance Organizations
page.
- Person Resources must have been defined and connected to a maintenance
organization in IFS Cloud Base
Setup/Enterprise/Resource. (The resource can be an employee, a
seconded employee or a person resource.)
System Effects
- A maintenance team with a
team leader will be created.
- The team can be connected to work tasks.
