Modify/Delete the Service Note

Explanation

Use this activity to Modify/Delete an existing service note. It is only possible to modify and delete notes created by the logged on user.

Prerequisites

• Note type should be editable to edit a note.

System Effects

As a result of modifying a service note, the modified date will be updated and the updated note will be synchronized to IFS Cloud Web.

As a result of deleting a note, the note, along with any related attachments will be deleted from both mobile and IFS Cloud Web.
