Use this activity to view Service Notes connected to a Work Task, in the mobile client. It is possible to click on a note in the notes list to navigate to the Note Detail page, which provides a full view of the note, along with details about when and by who it was created, and access to attachments. It is possible to edit notes that were created by the user accessing them, assuming the Note Type allows it. The notes list is sorted from latest to oldest by default.
As a result of this activity, service notes related to a Work Task can be viewed.
