A Brand is used to represent a manufacturers Brand for an object/product. This activity is used to create a Brand. The created brands can be attached to Models. When a brand is associated with a model, it will be inherited to objects that are associated with the Model. Once created, a brand will be accessible to any user in the system.
A brand can be Active or Hidden. If a brand is Hidden, it will no longer show up as an available brand to set on a model.
