Publish Assembly Hierarchy Changes
Explanation
After changes to the assembly hierarchy are approved, they must be published to Maintenix. Once approved, click
Publish.
If changes remain at Publish or InProgress, or the integration status appears
to have failed, navigate to the Failed Integration Messages page to identify the issue. Upon
solving the technical issue, restart everything and resume publishing.
Prerequisites
- Assembly hierarchy changes, i.e. System, Sub System, Config Slot changes, must exist and be approved.
- The status of the change source must be ReadyforPublish.
System Effects
- The assembly hierarchy in Maintenix is updated with valid changes.
- The status of the changes eventually transitions to either of the two following states:
- Published, if all the changes to the assembly hierarchy are valid and were updated in
Maintenix.
- PublishError, if some or all of the changes to the assembly hierarchy are invalid and
were not updated in Maintenix.
