Official Document Number Components

Explanation

Use this activity to define official document number components, add values for the defined components and define official document number series.

Official document number components and series can be defined according to the countries' requirements.

Number series can only be define when Automatic method is selected. If Manual method is selected number series can not be defined and that section will not be visible.

Prerequisites

Select the official document number generation method as Automatic or Manual in Company/Invoice/General tab.

System Effects

The Official document number will be available in,

 

• Instant invoice, Customer invoice, Project invoice & Outgoing supplier invoice

 

• Manual supplier invoice & Manual customer invoice
