Modify Date Applied of Shop Order Operations or Labor Transactions
Explanation
Changing the transaction date can be useful if a transaction must be moved to a previous statistical or
accounting period. Perhaps the actual labor or operation could not be registered in the system at the correct time,
and meanwhile, the period may have changed.
Prerequisites
- The option for Has Transferred Postings column should not be enabled.
- The transaction should not have been transferred to IFS Financials, and it must be correct.
- The new date should not belong to an accounting period that has already been closed.
- The date for a reverse transaction must not be earlier than the original transaction.
System Effects
- As a result of this activity, a specific transaction date is changed.
