This activity is used to update the calculated periodic progress values to selected Project Forecast. This can be achieved by performing the Update Project Forecast command in the Work Recording Summary page.
WWhen the selected Project Forecast is created using the Copied with Details option, the selection of the Cost or Revenue option and the levels will not be allowed to change.
The Calculated Date of the Schedule of Work Production should be within the range of the Cut Off Date of your selected Project Forecast.
Execute Calculate Value should be performed.
Periodic Review Project Forecast should be ready.
Progress % of the selected Project Forecast Item lines will be updated based on the Work Record progress.
