Define CRM- and SRM-panel Settings
Explanation
This activity is used to view or modify default values and settings for CRM-
and SRM-panel. The following settings can be configured:
- Business Activity start tag for auto connection of Business Mail:
When a mail is created from a business activity, a tag is added to the mail
body. This tag is used to connect the activity as a reference if the mail
is saved as a business mail. The start tag is added as a prefix to the activity
number.
- Business Opportunity start tag for auto connection of Business Mail:
When a mail is created from a business opportunity, a tag is added to the
mail body. This tag is used to connect the opportunity as a reference if
the mail is saved as a business mail. The start tag is added as a prefix
to the opportunity number.
- Create Business Mail reference when E-mail address is not identified
or a Person: If this setting is TRUE, a reference of type "Not
Referenced" will be added to the business mail for E-mail addresses
which cannot be identified as e.g. contacts. If an E-mail address is listed
as communication method for a Person, a reference of type "Person"
will be added to the business mail. If this setting is FALSE, references
of type "Not Referenced" or "Person" will not be created.
- Document class used to save attachments in CRM Panel: The document
class that should be used when mail attachments are saved from the CRM-
and SRM-panel. Document classes are entered in the Document Class
page.
- Document format used to save attachments in CRM Panel: The document
format that should be used when mail attachments are saved from the CRM-
and SRM-panel. Document formats are entered in the Document Format
page.
- Enable call logging: If call logging is activated, the
Create Activity dialog will be opened in the CRM/SRM-panel and the
call can be logged as an activity.
- End tag for auto connections of Business Mail: When a mail is
created from a business opportunity or business activity, a tag is added
to the mail body. This tag is used to connect the opportunity or activity
as a reference if the mail is saved as a business mail. The end tag is added
as a suffix to the opportunity or activity number.
- Hide Create Customer/Supplier: If this setting is TRUE, users
will not be able to enter new customers (customer of category=customer)
in the CRM-panel or suppliers (supplier of category=supplier) in the SRM-panel.
- Hide Create Prospect: If this setting is TRUE, users will not
be able to enter new prospective customers (customer of category=prospect)
in the CRM-panel or prospective suppliers (supplier of category=prospect)
in the SRM-panel.
- Include attached documents when sending E-Mail from IFS Cloud
Web: If this setting is TRUE, attached documents are listed in
the Send-Email dialog that is used when sending
e-mails from an opportunity or activity. Selected documents are added as
attachments to the e-mail. If the setting is FALSE, attachments from the
opportunity or activity cannot be included with the Send E-Mail dialog.
Adding attachments from IFS Cloud Web with Send E-Mail dialog is not supported
by all versions of Outlook. Include attached documents should only be activated
if your Outlook version is supported. To check if your Outlook version is
supported, open the CRM-Panel and go to Settings.
- Save email body to Document Management from CRM Panel and show content
as HTML for Business Mail: This setting controls how html content in
a mail should be handled when the mail is saved from the CRM- or SRM-panel.
If this setting is TRUE, the html content will be included as an attachment
to the Business Mail. From the Business Mail page you can
open a separate browser tab to view the mail body.
- Skip attachments when saving emails from CRM Panel: If this setting
is TRUE, attachments will not be included when a mail is saved from the
CRM- or SRM-panel.
