Send and Save Mail in the CRM- or SRM-panel

Explanation

This activity is used to send e-mails from outlook and save them to IFS CRM/SRM. Mail body and attachments are saved in IFS Document Management. Open a new mail in Outlook. Add recipients to the mail. Optionally, go to IFS CRM/IFS SRM tab and click the icon to open the CRM- or SRM-panel. In the Find Contacts you can search for contacts in IFS CRM/SRM and click To or Cc to add them as recipients in the e-mail. Then go to IFS CRM/IFS SRM tab and Click Send and Save. When the mail is saved, a dialog is shown where you can link the business mail to related lead/account/supplier and business activity or business opportunity. Search for the lead/account/supplier and then select the activities and opportunities that should be added as references to the business mail.
