Add Competency

Explanation

This activity is used to define Competencies for resource lines of Demand Type Person in Request Bundle Task.

Competencies are defined in HCM and can be linked to person resources. In a Service context, the competencies form part of the resource requirements used when finding suitable resources for a job, and act as a constraint.

Prerequisites

• A Request Bundle Task with a Resource Demand of type Person must be defined.
• IFS HCM must have been installed and the certificates must have been defined.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, competencies will be connected to the selected person demand lines.
